Here we go:. Character creation.
You may pick one out of three classes: Paladin (warrior), Rogue or Mage. You can customize your character's appearance, but only shirt and pants colors matter. Everything else can be changed anytime ingame.
Sometimes, dungeon mobs may drop dyes, which may be applied to clothing, armor and weapons. Dungeons. This is the main part of the game. It’s where you will complete all of your quests.
All Dungeons change difficulty according to your level, which is why character build matters. All Dungeons are soloable, with just one exception (Capstone (and maybe Dereliction of Duty)) and none are too difficult, especially if you are a Paladin or if you have one in your party. You may still form parties. When you do a Dungeon with a party, the Dungeon’s difficulty scales with the highest level in the party and all of the party members’ levels and stats rise to meet with it. When you complete a Dungeon for the first time, the Boss will drop a random piece of Gear from the map that the respective Dungeon is on. Everything else depends on your Gear Find stat. When you reach level 30, you can enter the Dreadfold, from a portal in Felbridge.
The Dungeons in the Dreadfold are called Dread Dungeons and are very difficult, even for parties of four(max number) max level players. Home Instance. It is the second Dungeon that you do.
It is also a hub with all the utilities in the game: Spell Tome, Forge, Specialization place and Pet Incubator, as well as the House, where you have a Training Room, Character Appearance Mirror and Gear Collection Wall. Spell Tome: You unlock this when you unlock your Home Instance. This is where you acquire and train your skills.

You can upgrade your Tome and train your skills up to the Tome level. You can start upgrading your Tome when your character reaches level 5. Forge: You unlock this at level 6. Here, you can use the materials that mobs drop, to create gems which, when you socket them into Gear, they raise your stats by a small amount.
Each type of gem raises one type of stat. Each time you craft a gem, you get Forge XP and, when you level up as an Artificer, you get one skillpoint, which you can use to raise one Artificer attribute by 1. When you upgrade your Forge, the quality of gems you craft rises, but they also take longer to make. The more materials you put in the Forge, the better the chances will be of getting a gem of higher rarity, meaning it will have extra attributes. Specialization place: You unlock this at level 10. Here, you may choose one of three Specializations and train skill points for it.
It is also where you build your character’s stats. By the end of the game, you may complete all three Specializations, but you can only use one at a time. Each Class has three different Specializations. Pet Incubator: This is where you incubate Pet eggs. Pets give you 4 types of stats: Gear Find, Material Find, Gold Find and Exp Gain.
All Pets have active skills with different effects: some heal, some deal damage, some give you buffs and some give debuffs to enemies. You have one active Pet slot and 3 passive Pet slots. You can summon the active one, to use it’s active skill. The others just give you the stats. The active Pet gains exp along your character and, when the exp reaches the cap, you can upgrade the Pet at the Incubator. Training Room: Inside the house, on the right, with the brown swords above the door. It contains three dummies on which you can test your skills and see the amount of ranged and melee damage that you inflict.
Character Appearance Mirror: Inside, the door that leads upstairs. Here, you can change your character’s face and sex anytime, for free. It has a 5 minute cooldown.
Gear Collection Wall: Here, you can admire your gear collection. Dye Shack: A small house on the right side of the map, run by an old lady, where you can dye your clothes and gear for gold. Clothes are free. Gear. You mostly find it in Dungeons, but road mobs may drop it too, sometimes.
The amount of Gear that you find and it’s rarity depend on your Gear Find stat. Gear has 3 rarities: Common, Rare and Legendary. Common and Rare Gear can be found in normal Dungeons. Legendary Gear only drops in Dread Dungeons.
